Rose Bay Sydney Commercial Metal Roofing.
We love a challenge and this old beauty came up a treat, a Retirement Home in Sydney's beautiful Rose Bay.
Metal roof replacement with Kliplok 700 in Surfmist, box gutters replaced. New metal cappings to parapet wall and existing brick capped walls. The wood substrate beneath the metal fascia was found to be deteriorated once removed. The old wood was removed and new plywood was installed prior to installing new Custom Orb cladding for the fascia in Jasper.
